Where Do I Go From Here?

Before providing professional services to your business we would like to have the opportunity to take a ‘look under the hood' at how your network is setup and what services are likely to be required.
This process involves documenting the basic setup of the systems in place, noting security measures; gaining an understanding of what changes you would like implemented; and offering suggestions on meeting those goals. This initial service is provided at a reduced rate and all documentation is made available to you as well, so any other support staff can quickly come up to speed if need be.
If requested we can support your network without this ‘Heads Up', but having your network documented is a first step in taking control of your support costs and gaining an overview of where our efforts are best directed.
